๐น Strong proficiency in English (spoken and written)
๐น Educational background in Information Technology (Diploma or higher)
๐น 0โ2 years of experience in IT support or a related field
๐ Roles & Responsibilities:
๐น Provide first-line technical support to users via phone and ticketing systems
๐น Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues
๐น Log, track, and manage support requests efficiently
๐น Guide users through step-by-step solutions to resolve IT problems
๐น Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate technical teams
๐น Maintain accurate documentation of incidents and resolutions
๐น Ensure high-quality customer service and user satisfaction
