Work Schedule:

๐Ÿ”น Provide first-line technical support to users via phone and ticketing systems

๐Ÿ”น Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues

๐Ÿ”น Log, track, and manage support requests efficiently

๐Ÿ”น Guide users through step-by-step solutions to resolve IT problems

๐Ÿ”น Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate technical teams

๐Ÿ”น Maintain accurate documentation of incidents and resolutions
