Requirements:

✔ Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field

✔ Relevant IT certifications will be an added advantage

✔ 1 – 3 years of experience in IT Support / Help Desk / Technical Support roles

✔ Experience in workstation setup, system configuration, and troubleshooting

✔ Experience supporting Windows-based environments and network systems
