Senior System Engineer

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sr. System Engineer to deploy and manage core IT systems and infrastructure. You will support mission‑critical platforms, ensuring high availability, security, and compliance across on‑premises and cloud environments.

Key Technical Responsibilities:

Design, configure, and maintain Active Directory, including DNS, GPOs, and Azure AD.
Implement and support Windows Clustering, File Servers, DHCP, and other core Windows infrastructure.
Manage Microsoft Azure cloud resources and integrations.
Administer Microsoft Exchange (on‑premises and Online).
Manage security and collaboration tools: Office 365 Security, OneDrive, Microsoft Teams, and related services.

Configure and maintain email gateways such as Microsoft Defender for Office (MDO) or other platforms.
Oversee the internal and third‑party certificate server environment.
Hands‑on experience with hardware-level tasks: rack‑mount and chassis servers, Level‑2 hardware support and certification maintenance.

Qualifications:

Proven hands-on expertise with all the technical skills listed above.
At least 5+ years of experience in enterprise-level systems engineering roles.
Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and audit-readiness mindset.
Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
Preference for relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator, MCSE, or equivalent).
