Senior IT Administrator

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, implement, and manage IT infrastructure including servers, networks, and security systems.
• Oversee installation and configuration of hardware, software, and operating systems.
• Manage data backups, storage, and disaster recovery systems.
• Support the implementation of ERP / AXAPTA catering management software.
• Provide technical support for kitchen display systems, and operational monitoring systems.
• Monitor and secure the company’s network infrastructure, firewalls, VPN, and cloud services.
• Provide day-to-day IT support for staff, managing user accounts, business domains, and emails.
• Liaise with IT vendors and manage IT-related procurement.
