You’ll be the trusted expert in end-user computing, ensuring seamless operations for executives and field teams. As the backbone of IT support, you’ll bridge the gap between technology and people.

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:

✨ Troubleshoot and resolve complex L2 issues ✨ Support and guide field engineers during escalations ✨ Manage the full lifecycle of devices (setup, patching, and retirement) ✨ Work hands-on with SCCM, Intune, JAMF, Active Directory ✨ Ensure endpoint security, compliance, and updates ✨ Provide VIP white-glove support when required ✨ Document and optimise EUC workflows

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗬𝗼𝘂 𝗕𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴:

✔️ 5–8 years of IT support/infrastructure experience (L2 expertise required)

✔️ Proficiency in Windows, macOS, M365, and mobile devices

✔️ Hands-on experience with endpoint tools like Intune, SCCM, JAMF, and AD

✔️ Strong knowledge of patching, software deployment, and group policies

✔️ Problem-solving skills under pressure with a customer-focused mindset

 𝗕𝗼𝗻𝘂𝘀 𝗣𝗼𝗶𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝗳𝗼𝗿:

ITIL Foundation or Microsoft certifications (MD-102, AZ-104)

CompTIA, Citrix, or VMware Horizon training
