IT Desktop Support

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to users and maintain system operations across the organization.

• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues promptly and effectively.

• Manage IT assets, systems, and networks.

• Ensure smooth daily IT operations and high system efficiency.

🔹 Requirements:

• Mandatory minimum 2 years of UAE experience in desktop or technical support.

• Strong knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, and basic networking.

• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.

• Diploma or Degree in IT or related field preferred.
