Key Responsibilities
✔ Monitor servers & network devices (SolarWinds, QRadar)
✔ Manage EMC backups & DR replication
✔ Troubleshoot Exchange mail issues
✔ Create/upgrade VMs (ESXi / Hyper-V)
✔ Perform SCCM patching
✔ Basic Cisco Call Manager support
✔ AD360 reporting & Active Directory tasks
✔ Vendor coordination
✔ Symantec AV management
✔ WDS/MDT server handling
✔ Monthly/annual reporting
✔ Provide training to technicians
