Role Overview
We are looking for a skilled IT Officer to support and maintain the organisation’s IT infrastructure, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and timely technical support to users.
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues
Monitor system performance and resolve operational and connectivity issues
Install, configure, and maintain software applications, drivers, and peripherals
Support user onboarding and offboarding, including system access and device setup
Ensure IT systems operate efficiently and securely
Coordinate with vendors and internal teams as required
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
Requirements
4–7 years of relevant IT support experience
Strong knowledge of desktop support, networking, and system troubleshooting
Good communication and documentation skills
