Salary: 6,000 AED + Visa + Benefits
Provide first-level technical support to users for hardware, software, and network issues.
Log, track, and resolve incidents and service requests through the IT ticketing system.
Troubleshoot problems related to Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office, printers, and other IT equipment.
Manage user accounts, password resets, and access permissions in Microsoft Active Directory.
Escalate complex technical issues to Level 2 or Level 3 support teams as required.
Document solutions, maintain IT records, and ensure compliance with IT service SLAs.
